选煤厂柱承式方仓大斜壁布置方案研究

摘要: 为确定合理的选煤厂柱承式方仓大斜壁次梁布置方案,以韩家湾选煤厂产品仓为例,采用Midas/gen软件建模、计算分析等方法,对选煤厂柱承式方仓斜壁次梁竖向和法向两种结构布置方案进行了比较,通过分析斜壁次梁布置方向对次梁弯矩值和斜壁板弯矩值的影响,得出法向布置为推荐布置方案。

Abstract: It has been a controversial issue in the field of the designation of big inclined wall in column-supported silo. Taking Han jia wan colliery of Northren Shaan Mining Co.,Ltd as an example.The paper covers the Calculation and analysis for two structure models of the normal and the vertical with Midas/gen. which represent the different schemes of Big big inclined wall in column-supported silo in coal preparation plant. Focusing on the Comparisons of mechanical properties of the two different schemes and ensuring the normal scheme is recommendation which can be used for the designation and study of the column-suppert silos.
